Grow food for our Food Bank!

All Saints Parish is currently recruiting people interested in adopting a garden bed outside the Parish Office building. Tasks include planting, weeding, and harvesting. (Our irrigation system will water the beds.) The commitment period is from May to September, but we can accommodate your vacation time! Food grown in these beds is distributed to families served by our Food Bank. For more information, please contact Morningstar in the Parish Office: (253) 845-7521.

Weekend Backpack Program

In Puyallup, some schools have 50 to 58% of students depending on Free or Reduced Lunch Meals during the school year to help meet basic nutritional needs.

All Saints Parish’s Backpack Program collaborates with Communities in Schools to supply an average of 550 students weekly with healthy meals for the weekend. We assist at Sunrise, Karshner, Carson, Stewart and Dessie F. Evans Elementary Schools.

The Summer Food Program covers the period from June to August.
