All Saints Parish Staff

  • Father Michael Radermacher

    Pastor

Phone: (253) 845-7521 | Click here to email

Father Michael was born and raised in Lynnwood, Washington, with his four younger sisters. He grew up among gifted craftsmen in his family, and spent many years in the carpentry business prior to entering the priesthood. He enjoys carpentry to this day - you can even spot some of his craftsmanship around the Church!

During his eight years of seminary formation, he spent one summer constructing new buildings at CYO Camps Don Bosco and Hamilton; two summers as chaplain intern at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle; another summer in Cambodia to learn about the people, programs and projects of Catholic Relief Services; and an internship year with the three parishes of St. Joseph in Ferndale, St. Ann in Blaine, and St. Joachim in Bellingham.

After his ordination in 2006, he provided priestly ministry at St. Charles Borromeo in Tacoma and served as pastor for six years at Our Lady of Lourdes in Vancouver. When he is not at the office, at the church, or at the school, Father Michael can often be found walking very briskly around the Parish campus, sometimes carrying a tape measure.

  • Father Thomas Tran

    Parochial Vicar

Phone: (253) 845-7521 ext. 009 | Click here to email

Father Thomas was born and raised in Dalat, Vietnam. He is the oldest of five, with one brother and three sisters. He grew up in a very devout Catholic family and attended public school. After graduating from high school, he spent five years helping his parents work on their vegetable farm.

In the year 2000, he joined the Cistercian Abbey of Chau Son in Vietnam and two years later moved to the Abbey of New Clairvaux in Vina, CA. He became a seminarian of the Archdiocese of Seattle in 2011 and received formation at Bishop White Seminary. He earned his BA degree in Philosophy at Gonzaga University and his MDiv. (Master of Divinity) degree at Oregon's Mount Angel Seminary.

Father Thomas has been assigned various parishes in this Archdiocese - St. Ann in Tacoma, St. Thomas in Tukwila, St. Joseph in Vancouver, Our Lady of Lourdes in Vancouver, and St. Michael in Olympia. He has a heart for working with the poor, immigrants, and youth. He used to work at The House of Charity in Spokane with the homeless men's shelter, worked at Gethsemane Cemetery for one summer, helped out at Quo Vadis Day, took high school youth to a Mission Trip in Mexico, the Steubenville Conference in Spokane, and worked a youth migrant project in Skagit Valley. Immediately after his ordination in 2020, he was assigned as Parochial Vicar to All Saints and St. Martin of Tours Parishes. When he isn’t busy with his priestly ministry, he enjoys cooking, cycling, camping, and fishing.

Carmen has over 17 years of experience in Faith Formation, Youth Ministry, Sacramental Prep, and Liturgy. She is a certified Lay Ecclesial Minister in the Archdiocese of Seattle, having completed the Catechist Certification Program, Mastery of the Catechism, and the Liturgical Ministers Institute. • Kathryn Ramous

    Pastoral Associate

Children's Faith Formation, Baptism Preparation, and Parish Life

Phone: (253) 845-7521 ext. 006 | Click here to email

Kathryn was born and raised in Oregon. The fourth of five siblings and the only daughter among four brothers, she held her own. She attended Carroll College, majoring in nursing while falling in love with Big Sky Country.

She also loves Oregon and education, and these brought her back to Monmouth, where she earned her BS in Education from Western Oregon University. Kathryn started her career as a 2nd grade teacher at Greenwich Catholic Elementary in Connecticut. Eventually she made her way back to the west coast and Washington, where she made her home with her husband and three wonderful children.

Kathryn has worked for the Archdiocese of Seattle for 20 years as a Pastoral Associate for Administration as well as her current position for All Saints Parish. In her spare time, she likes to gather for family meals and take trips with her husband to find new streams, as he teaches her to fly fish and explore the Pacific Northwest, Montana, and the coast. Kathryn consistently sets the bar high for energy and optimism.

She began her professional life as an engineer, but the Holy Spirit eventually led her to make music and liturgy her full-time profession. A parishioner since 1999, she joined All Saints staff in July 2006 and has not looked back since. In her spare time, Paula is an avid equestrian, although this is just one out of an exceedingly wide variety of her many surprising skills and talents.

  • Morningstar Stevenson

Pastoral Associate for Outreach and Marriage

    Community Services and Marriage Prep

Phone: (253) 845-7521 ext. 014 | Click here to email

When she and her husband and two kids moved to Puyallup in 2016, they became active in CYO, youth ministry, and outreach programs at All Saints. The people she met through the Catholic Relief Services parish ambassador corps inspired her to seek a career in ministry. She recently completed her Master’s in Pastoral Studies from Seattle University. While at All Saints, she has enjoyed sharing her passion for Catholic Social Teaching and welcoming couples who want to get married in the Church.

  • Monica Schwarz

She graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of Washington, and has been working as an accountant since 1993. When she isn't working at the Parish Office, she is an active volunteer at her home Parish of St. Stephen the Martyr in Renton. Monica is well-loved by the rest of the staff and her volunteers because she is so genuinely caring and thoughtful...and also because she frequently brings snacks to share!

  • Jeanie Veith

    Administrative Assistant

    Front Office, Administration, and Funerals

Phone: (253) 845-7521 ext. 002 | Click here to email

In early 2015, Jeanie returned to live in Puyallup after being away for 38 years, and found a place with All Saints Parish. The Air Force had sent her around the globe as she and her husband raised two sons, mostly in Germany.

Jeanie has always been involved with parish volunteer work in religious formation, choir, leadership and other community social programs, alongside her full-time employment with the military. Her forte with the military was program development, management and marketing. With no children at home, Jeanie now explores the state's scenic and historic sites, enjoys reading, and likes to cook. Jeanie loves music of all genres and their friendly Jack Russell dog.

  • Christopher Wood

    Evangelization and Media

    Phone: (253) 845 7521 ext. 012 | Click here to e-mail

After Christopher turned 5, he and his family moved from Florida (where he was born) and settled in Washington, and he's been here ever since! Summers in the Pacific Northwest are a highlight of his year, and he takes walks while listening to music as often as he can. Another of his favorite hobbies involves watching and writing about films.

A Catholic for all of his life, he feels truly blessed by the opportunity to have received a Catholic education from kindergarten to senior year in high school. Christopher has found at All Saints Parish a chance for melding past work experiences with a sharing of our common faith.
